In short
- Right now, Nexa is a free waitlist. Joining costs nothing and does not oblige you to use Nexa when it opens, but you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
- Nexa is not your employer and does not guarantee interviews, offers, hires, or candidates.
- We are opening gradually: we cannot promise you a date or an order of access.
- When Nexa opens, we will show you the product terms and the plans before you decide.
- You can ask to be removed at any time.
Who we are and what these Terms cover
Nexa is a Coderhouse product. In these Terms, "we" means Coder Holding Corporation, a Delaware corporation with its registered address at c/o Harvard Business Services, Inc., 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Delaware 19958, USA, which operates the Nexa site (nexa.jobs) and its waitlist.
By joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. We show them next to the form. If you do not agree, do not join or use the site.
What Nexa is and is not
Nexa is an artificial intelligence agent for finding a job and for hiring. Right now, only the waitlist is available.
People looking for work sign up on their own, and Nexa assists them. Nexa does not build candidate databases beyond the people who sign up.
Nexa is not your employer and is not a party to any employment contract between a person and a company. It is also not an employment agency. We do not guarantee that you will get interviews, offers, a job, or candidates.
The waitlist
- Joining is free, with no commitment: you are not charged anything to join.
- "Your spot" is your access to Nexa once it opens. We are opening gradually: we cannot promise you a date or an order of access, and we may change, pause, or close the list. If we close the list before your spot opens, we will let you know and handle your data as the Privacy Policy says.
- When your spot opens, we will email you. Before you decide to use Nexa, we will tell you the terms and the plans.
Who can use Nexa and how
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher). If you are younger, do not use the site.
- The information you provide must be true and yours. If you join on behalf of a company, you state that you have the authority to do so.
- If you use "Add someone else," that person must have given you permission. We may write to them to let them know they are on the list, and they can ask us to delete their email.
Your data
How we handle your data is in the Privacy Policy. You can ask us to correct or delete it, or to remove you from the list, by writing to contact@nexa.jobs.
Acceptable use
You may not:
- pretend to be another person or company, or give false information;
- use the site to send spam, scams, or fraud (for example, fake job offers or charging candidates);
- automate the form with bots, or extract data from the site in bulk (scraping);
- submit other people's personal data without their permission (this includes adding someone else without their knowledge);
- try to get into our systems without authorization or interfere with how they work;
- use Nexa to discriminate against people on characteristics protected by law.
If you use Nexa on behalf of a company, you must also post only real, current jobs, not charge candidates, not discriminate on characteristics protected by law, and use people's data only for the hiring process it was shared with you for.
Intellectual property
The Nexa brand, logo, site, software, and content belong to Coderhouse or to those who license them to us. We give you a limited, personal, revocable license to use the site under these Terms. We do not transfer any other rights to you.
Artificial intelligence features
These features turn on when the product opens:
- Nexa uses AI to summarize and give you insights: for example, why a job or a profile matches what you are looking for, how to tailor a resume, or how to practice an interview. This is supporting information: it may be inaccurate or incomplete. Review it before you rely on it.
- You decide whether to apply. Nexa can prepare your resume for a job; you review and confirm every submission. Nexa does not apply for you.
- The decisions are always yours, and so is the responsibility: applying, hiring, rejecting or replying. Nexa does not decide or act for you. The match is a summary to help you decide, not a decision.
When Nexa opens: accounts, plans, and payments
For now, these Terms cover only the site and the waitlist. When the product opens, you will see and accept a separate agreement on accounts, plans, credits, payments, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and any withdrawal or cancellation rights that apply to you, published on this site before you accept it. Any charge requires your express acceptance: we do not charge your payment method without your confirmation.
When Nexa opens, some jobs and links will come from third-party job boards and sites that we do not control. We will not be responsible for their content, accuracy, or availability, or for what happens when you apply on those sites.
Availability and liability
The site and the waitlist are free and provided "as is" and "as available". We make reasonable efforts to keep them available, but there may be interruptions. We are not responsible for the hiring decisions companies make or for the decisions you make.
Nothing here limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer or our liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Removal and suspension
You can ask to be removed from the waitlist at any time by writing to contact@nexa.jobs; if we enable it, you can also do it from a link in every email we send you. We confirm your removal by email, at no cost. We may suspend or remove anyone who breaks these Terms, and we will tell them when we can.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Changes do not apply to you retroactively. If the change is important, we will tell you by email or on the site at least 30 days in advance and, if it works against you, we will ask you to accept it again before it applies to you. If you do not agree, you can ask to be removed at no cost before it takes effect. We keep earlier versions available to you.
Last updated: November 6, 2026. Version: 1.0.
Governing law and complaints
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and disputes are brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live also apply, to the extent the law provides, including your right to bring a claim before the courts where you live where that applies.
If you have a complaint, write to us first at contact@nexa.jobs and we will reply within 45 days. That does not limit your right to go to the consumer protection authority in your country.
If you live in California, you can write to the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs (1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834; telephone (800) 952-5210).
